Holly Purdy

“Massage is such an important part of recovery and wellbeing — it helps support both body and mind through every stage of the process.”

Holly is a Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist with an honours degree in Sports Therapy from the University of Worcester.

During her studies, she developed a strong passion for massage therapy — not just for improving athletic performance, but for helping people move better, recover from injury, and feel more comfortable in their bodies.

Alongside her clinic work, Holly works with Aylesbury Rugby Club, providing sports massage, injury assessment, and pitch-side first aid during matches. This hands-on experience has deepened her understanding of how effective treatment and good communication can make a real difference to recovery.

Holly joined Massage Matters Clinic because of its reputation for putting clients first and creating a supportive environment for both therapists and patients. She’s excited to continue developing her skills within the team and to help every client get the most out of their treatment — whether that’s feeling pain-free, performing better, or simply moving with more ease and confidence.
