Tomas has always been interested in sports, fitness, and what he regards as the most important aspect of keeping moving – longevity. He believes it’s vital to maintain our mobility, strength, and stability to ensure that we stay fit and independent into our later years. A large part of this is staying active and maintaining both our mental and physical health.
Tomas has a level 5 qualification from the Oxford School of Sports Massage (Oxford University Sports Campus), specialising in clinical sports and remedial soft tissue therapy. This provides him with a detailed understanding to assess, treat, and support clients in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance enhancement.
He also holds an ITEC Level 3 qualification in holistic massage from the Cotswold Academy, which enables him to treat people from head to toe in the relaxing, comfortable surroundings of the clinic. He is also qualified to provide Hydrotherm treatments for both maternity and oncology patients
Previously, Tomas worked in property development in London; however, he decided that an office-based job wasn’t for him in the long term. Since qualifying in massage and delving into rehabilitation, he has rediscovered his passion for working with people. In his spare time, tennis, running and cycling are his main sports which helps him to understand the various nuances in movement.
